All of the fragrances last up to 120 hours, and the device uses cool, unique technology to optimize each scent's diffusion based on the size of the room, temperature of your home, and your chosen intensity level.

Check the back of the vial to see the SKU number. A three-digit SKU means your vial is a non-Smart Vial. Scan the QR code on the back of your vial or enter the three-digit code into your app to use your fragrance. A four-digit SKU is a Smart Vial.

Does Pura 4 work with 5G? ›

Your Pura diffuser does not support 5GHz WiFi networks, and only supports 2.4GHz connections. Most home WiFi routers broadcast either 2.4GHz and 5GHz frequencies, though more modern ones commonly feature both, either presented as two different available networks.

The benefit of a diffuser over a scented candle or room mist is that the lifespan of your fragrance can be measured in weeks or months versus hours. In terms of longevity, however, a traditional reed diffuser will last longer without a refill than the Pura Smart Device.

Don't want to enable camera permissions? That's okay! You can always enable it later. All you need is to enter the 3-digit code located on the backside of your fragrance vials into your app.
