  Professor has very clear grading criteria, rubrics, and examples, which is good for grading assignments. He has VERY strict policies about rounding grades, for example, so don't expect to be able to get him to change anything mentioned in the syllabus. He is caring for his students, but won't make exceptions to the policies like I said. Good though

  While business writing may be a little mundane of a class, he did a great job teaching all the little things no one notices that really do matter. He lectures all about the format of different communications, and the class concepts are really useful for future internships and jobs. If you do the work, you'll do fine in the class

  Kevin is very to-the-point, almost mind-numbingly so, however he makes the class intentions clear. If you give him what he asks for then you get an easy A. This is a class you need to be involved in and make adequate time for. One big project, a group recommendation report needs cohesive team work and writing skills. Overall really good class!

  Professor Lewis is a fantastic writing professor. He is knowledgeable about English language, grammar, and rhetoric. Class consists of lectures which can be monotonous for some. There are workshops where you work through the elements of your paper as a class, and it's an interesting process. He is respectful, kind, and an overall great professor.

  Lectures everyday. He can get monotone, but the content is useful and helps directly with the assignments he gives. He grades fairly and gives good feedback on assignments. If you read the assignment and follow it, you can't fail, and you'd be hard pressed not to get an A. Grades attendence and participation.

  I really liked this class. We did writing workshops in class and it really helped with starting the writing process. The workload wasn't too heavy and he's a pretty fair, almost easy, grader too.

  Lewis is the best. Happy to have taken 2 consecutive classes with him. He gives great feedback and teaches a lot of important writing tools. You can't miss any of his classes because you are graded heavily on attendance and participation. Good class discussions and projects that give opportunities for valuable feedback. He is always available.

  Good professor; we did a lot of technical writing which was unexpected but not difficult. Didn't learn too much after taking AP English in high school so it was a fairly easy class. Lewis will willingly help you out if you ask.

  Kevin Lewis is the goat. His class was awesome. Yes, you have to do some reading and writing but it is not difficult and literally he goes over everything you need to do. It is one class actually worth taking.
